Return / Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a.      Contact our dedicated customer support team at sales@aspinointl.com

b.       within 07 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization (RA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

c. Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition, including all accessories, tags, and packaging materials. Ensure that the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to [1-2] business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

For eligible returns within the 07-day period, Customer will cover the cost of return shipping. 

6. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return procedure outlined above. Indicate your exchange preferences when contacting our customer support team. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility details.
